The Digital Host is responsible for greeting customers at branches and directing them to the appropriate service area, with a primary focus on promoting self-service tools. They guide clients in using digital modules and the company app to streamline administrative procedures.

Requirements

Candidates should be technicians in administration or a similar field with intermediate knowledge of Office 365. Previous experience in customer service and availability to work in Puerto Montt are required.
