Responsible for the discovery, definition, implementation, and maintenance of digital products to improve customer experience. This includes documenting requirements, writing user stories, and monitoring product performance and errors.
Requirements
Requires a professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields with at least one year of similar experience. Advanced Excel is mandatory, while knowledge of SQL, AI, and web analytics tools is desired.
