Ensure standardization and compliance with yard routines; organize vehicles; schedule maintenance and monitor inventory. Track operational indicators and develop action plans to meet operational goals. Manage the team of movers, provide feedback, conduct training, and oversee daily routines.

High school diploma required; valid driver's license (CNH B) required. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite. Experience in people management is desirable; higher education in progress or completed is a plus.
