This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LatoJobs.com (“Platform”), which is operated by Genty Consulting LLP, registered in England and Wales (Partnership number: OC453424), with its registered address at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
All payments are processed by Mollie.com or its affiliated entities, a certified Payment Service Provider. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued exclusively through Mollie.
1. General Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be issued in specific, limited circumstances as outlined below. Once a service has been delivered, refunds are generally not provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:
2.1 Duplicate Payments
If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same purchase, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
2.2 Technical Errors
If a job posting, subscription, or promotional upgrade cannot be published or accessed due to a verified technical issue on our side, and the service was not delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Service Not Delivered
If a purchased job posting or “Featured Job” upgrade was not made available on the Platform due to our error, we will either issue a refund or provide the service again at no cost.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Successfully published job postings
- Featured job upgrades that were displayed as intended
- Subscription periods already used or partially used
- Employer errors in job content, formatting, or posting
- Lack of applications or candidate quality
- Accidental purchases where the service was delivered
- Changes in hiring needs after posting
4. Subscription Refunds
All subscription payments are recurring and processed by Mollie.
- Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund past charges
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your invoice number, account email, and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 7 business days
- If approved, your refund will be issued exclusively through Mollie
6. Mollie Buyer Protection
