By accessing or using LatoJobs.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Services

LatoJobs is an online job board and hiring platform allowing employers to:

  • Publish individual job postings
  • Subscribe to monthly plans for unlimited job posts
  • Purchase “Featured Job” visibility on the homepage
  • Purchase employer branding pages (when available)

Candidates may browse and apply for jobs free of charge.

We do not provide recruitment or hiring services unless explicitly stated.

2. Mollie as Payment Service Provider

Payments for all services are processed by Mollie.com or its affiliated entities. Mollie acts as a certified Payment Service Provider (PSP) for all transactions.

Your payment processing and security are managed by Mollie. By purchasing any service, you agree to Mollie's Terms and Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

To post jobs, employers must create an account and provide accurate company information.

You must ensure that:

  • All posted job content is accurate and lawful
  • You have the authority to represent your company
  • You comply with all applicable hiring and employment regulations
  • You do not misuse the Platform or violate these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Posting Guidelines

Employers must ensure that job postings:

  • Are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory
  • Clearly describe the role, responsibilities, and required skills
  • Do not contain misleading or fraudulent content
  • Comply with local, national, and international labor laws

We may remove any posting at our discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

Employers must not:

  • Impersonate another company
  • Collect candidate data unlawfully
  • Upload malicious files or harmful content
  • Scrape or extract Platform data using automation

Candidates must not:

  • Submit false information or fraudulent applications
  • Scrape or extract Platform content
  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

6. Use of External Data Sources

Some job postings may be imported from external publicly available sources or APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such postings.

Employers agree that LatoJobs may enrich or organize job postings using automated systems.

7. Payments and Subscription Terms

7.1 One-time job postings

Employers may purchase individual job postings for a fixed fee.

7.2 Monthly subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Subscription benefits apply immediately after payment.

7.3 Featured job upgrades

Employers may purchase additional visibility via “Featured Job” promotions.

7.4 Employer branding pages

Available as an optional paid add-on (subject to rollout schedule).

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is limited and governed by ourRefund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, design, code, and branding, is owned by Genty Consulting LLP.

Users grant us a non-exclusive license to display submitted content on the Platform.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be:

  • Fully available at all times
  • Error-free or uninterrupted
  • Free from inaccuracies or omissions

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Hiring outcomes, candidate behavior, or employer behavior
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or applicable laws. Removed content will not be restored, and refunds will not be issued unless required under our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
