Provide customer service to internal and external clients. Input room and event reservations. Prepare reports and controls. Foster relationships between departments and offices.

Advanced English is mandatory. Proficiency in the Office suite. Experience in customer service is a plus. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork capabilities are essential.
