Process Associate de Gestión de Depósitos y Transferencias (Proyecto Upgrade Systematic)

Manage and optimize processes in the area by identifying, modeling, and improving them. Evaluate the feasibility of business initiatives and implement prioritized improvements. Lead process improvement projects using agile methodologies and ensure documentation is updated and aligned with area standards.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in project work, preferably in the banking sector. Proficient in process improvement, project management, and data management.
