Conduct continuous product discovery by maintaining ongoing contact with fiscal, financial, and operational users; map opportunities and transform them into products and features. Support the definition of product strategy focused on business outcomes, building and maintaining a roadmap anchored in product and business KPIs. Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to implementation, managing cross-functional work and stakeholder alignment.

Experience with product strategy and discovery in complex and dynamic technological environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs based on business impact. General understanding of software construction, including APIs, integrations, front-end, and back-end development.
