Core Responsibilities

The Customer Support Analyst will receive and respond to incoming requests through various support channels and provide timely communication with stakeholders. They will also document issues and work with customer advocacy to standardize policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, located in Mexico, and have 6 months to 1+ years of experience in customer support. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different working schedules are essential.
