They are also responsible for monitoring cases, analyzing trends to prevent recurring issues, and collaborating internally to reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
Candidates need deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, fee structures, and expertise in reimbursement claim processes, including reconciling inbound discrepancies. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheet software, and excellent English communication are required, with advanced candidates having experience building automation tools.
