They will collaborate with channel partners to ensure effective management of contract renewals and reduce customer churn.
Requirements
Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, with 1-3 years of experience in renewals or customer success roles. Strong communication skills and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications are also required.
