Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will service and upsell client products to existing customers while educating them on their current products. You will also identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 months of call center or customer service experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Open availability for various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is also required.
