The primary responsibility is to process all instructions and relevant transactions within the Commercial Operations space according to established policies and procedures, which includes processing transactions on bank systems and liaising with various departments for authorization. Additionally, the role involves attending to internal and external queries, maintaining high standards of internal control, and supporting accounting and reporting functions, including preparing returns and statistics.
Requirements
Candidates need a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years of bank-related experience, along with a National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12). Essential knowledge includes relevant processes, procedures, and technical banking systems like Morongwa, Teller, and BAPS, alongside familiarity with policies such as KYC and Money Laundering regulations.
