Core Responsibilities

The intern will support HR Business Partners in managing people aligned with business strategies and act as a mediator between management and teams. Responsibilities include conducting exit interviews, analyzing performance cycles, and preparing presentations for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related fields and possess advanced skills in Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and People Analytics, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is also required.
