Core Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Coach, you will provide exceptional support to hotel partners by resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues across multiple channels. You will also create training materials and update support resources to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of hospitality experience and previous customer service experience is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being an additional asset.
