Core Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists to hit sales quotas in the LATAM market. Conduct training and coaching sessions while ensuring compliance with processes and regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must have proficiency in Spanish and English, along with at least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or B2C sales and sales management. Strong data analysis skills and experience in coaching sales teams are also required.
