The Learning Design Specialist will develop and pilot a one-to-one grantee matching program and a virtual learning exchange, creating tools and learning products to support knowledge sharing among organizations focused on clean air. They will also coach staff and produce reports on the implementation and lessons learned from these initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates should have demonstrated success in leading training programs and experience in developing knowledge sharing events. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures are essential.
