Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity and support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children in a safe setting. Collaborate with parents and specialists to meet each child's unique needs while maintaining detailed records in line with EEC standards.
Requirements
Candidates must have a CDA, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and at least two years of experience working with children. Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively, are also required.
