The leader will ensure that teams execute processes according to work instructions to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards. They will also manage routine operations to uphold operational indicators and lead improvements in execution processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have a complete higher education degree in relevant fields and prior experience in operational routines of distribution centers or transportation, including people management. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, with Power BI experience considered a differential.
