Core Responsibilities

The Desktop Support Associate will provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, as well as advanced technical support for in-house applications. They will also document troubleshooting steps and escalate issues to other support groups as necessary.

Requirements

Candidates must have availability to work 45 hours per week and an interest in working afternoon or night shifts. Advanced English proficiency and at least 6 months of customer service experience are also required.
