This role involves syllabus design, teacher selection and coaching, production oversight, launch strategy, and continuous optimization based on data.
Requirements
Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in education, instructional design, or related fields, along with experience managing teachers or content creators. A solid foundation in technology, proficiency in English, and strong project management skills are also required.
