The Compliance Specialist will review and disposition customer screening alerts during onboarding and escalate true match alerts. They will also monitor onboarding-related issues and perform due diligence on customer names for connections to sanctions or adverse media.

Requirements

Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on BSA/AML compliance. Strong writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
