Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and will build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. They will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and handle client escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and at least 2 years of experience in B2B customer experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and warehouse/order management systems.
