Manage the operational efficiency of the People and Culture processes at WWF Peru, promoting employee wellbeing and development to achieve organizational goals. Serve as a reliable partner for all WWF personnel in all People and Culture processes.
Requirements
Candidates should have a university degree in Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in human resources management. Advanced Excel skills are essential, and knowledge of Power BI and labor legislation is desirable.
