QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The Staff Product Designer will lead the development and evolution of products and services, ensuring consistency across all platforms for both internal and external users in the Living segment. This involves collaborating with designers, working within multidisciplinary teams to understand needs, participating in decision-making, and ensuring impeccable implementation with the engineering team.
Requirements
Candidates must possess strong prototyping skills to explore design directions based on user understanding, business goals, and technical constraints, alongside experience across the complete product development cycle from definition to launch. Essential requirements include a solid portfolio, experience presenting to senior stakeholders, knowledge of cognitive psychology and research methodologies, and experience mentoring other designers.
