This involves acting as the main client contact, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams like Customer, Sales, and Product.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or KAM roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, accounting, or technology companies, managing consultative client portfolios. Essential requirements include strong customer orientation, excellent communication, analytical skills for interpreting metrics, CRM experience, and the ability to build long-term trust with decision-makers.
