The Shift Supervisor assists the store manager in executing store operations and ensures that partners deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers. They are responsible for organizing shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have a diploma or associate's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. Experience in task delegation and team coordination is also required.
