The technician will manage user email accounts, provide quality customer support, and oversee the installation and maintenance of computing equipment. Additionally, they will ensure the proper functioning of system rooms and assist with internal client support.

Requirements

Candidates should have a technical background, ideally with at least one year of experience in technical support, preferably in higher education institutions. A minimum of a technical degree or completion of the fourth semester in engineering sciences is required.
