The Operational Risk Specialist will design, implement, and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework in compliance with BACEN regulations. They will identify, assess, and monitor operational risks, particularly in fraud and IT-related processes.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong knowledge of BACEN operational risk regulations and proven experience in fraud prevention and detection. Expertise in developing AI/ML models and proficiency in programming and data analysis are also required.
