Core Responsibilities

Provide HR Generalist support to managers and directors, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Act as a liaison to HR Shared Services and lead compliance efforts with NOM 035.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience as an HR Generalist and a strong understanding of Mexican employment law. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
