Core Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own the customer onboarding experience, drive product adoption, and ensure customers realize ongoing business value from the Torq platform. They will act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with strong security domain knowledge and experience with security products. Proficiency with Salesforce and customer success tools is required, along with strong consulting and project management skills.
