Desktop Support Associate-Helpdesk
NTT DATACore Responsibilities
Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, as well as advanced technical support for in-house applications. Answer technical support calls and document troubleshooting steps and customer incidents.
Requirements
Candidates must have availability to work 45 hours per week and an interest in working afternoon or night shifts. Advanced English proficiency and 6 months of customer service experience are also required.
