The Remote Technical Support Representative will respond to inbound technical support requests and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, and network. They will guide customers through solutions and document all interactions accurately.
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and prior call center experience. Strong proficiency in English and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
