Core Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding technical support via chats and emails while diagnosing product issues. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve support processes and documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Support role. A solid understanding of engineering workflows and experience with ticket-tracking systems like Zendesk is also required.
