The IT Operations Lead will serve as a frontline IT resource, managing help desk support and broader office technology needs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing network connectivity, and supporting AV setups for meetings.

Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of networking fundamentals. Comfort with both Windows and Mac environments, as well as basic AV knowledge, is also required.
