Core Responsibilities

The Accounting Analyst will assist in the implementation and integration of new accounting systems and collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure accounting requirements are met. They will also analyze current processes for improvements, support data migration, provide training, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Colombian tax and accounting rules, as well as proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, is essential.
