The role involves developing, monitoring, and optimizing critical incentive and conversion KPIs, and structuring analytical models and econometric analyses to validate hypotheses regarding pricing and incentive policies. This position directly influences how thousands of brokers work daily and how millions of reais flow through the platform.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in technical fields like Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science, coupled with advanced SQL skills for large data manipulation, and preferably Python knowledge for analysis and automation. Prior experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Incentives, especially in dynamic environments like Startups or Marketplaces, is required.
