As a Senior Incident Analyst, you will help maintain the stability and availability of our systems, directly impacting the experience of millions of users. You will identify patterns, analyze root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence of critical incidents.

Requirements

Candidates should have knowledge in system architecture, cloud computing, and ITSM processes, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience in high-criticality environments and familiarity with observability and monitoring tools is also required.
