The Generalista de Recursos Humanos will coordinate recruitment processes and develop HR policies aligned with company objectives. They will also manage employee records, training programs, and labor relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

Candidates must have a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and excellent communication skills are also required.
