Core Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Agent is responsible for processing service requests accurately and providing support to internal teams regarding customer queries. They must ensure timely updates and maintenance of customer accounts and communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have five CXC or GCE subjects, including English and Mathematics, and at least six months of experience in a customer service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is also required.
