The Senior Customer Operations Analyst will provide operational support to the Customer Success teams, including project management, business reporting, and financial analysis. They will also focus on data insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer success outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of professional experience, with 3 years in Customer Success or Professional Services. A strong understanding of Customer Success processes and excellent analytical skills, particularly in Excel, are required.
