Core Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own and grow a defined mid-market account list across the CEE and Baltics region, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. They will manage the entire customer buying journey, providing consultative guidance from first contact through to closing deals.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year selling to mid-market customers, with a proven track record in developing territories and managing the full sales cycle. Proficiency in English and Russian, along with at least one Baltic language, is required.
