The role involves ensuring the annual sales budget is met through effective management of relationships with Brokers and Despachos, as well as overseeing the renewal and new business processes. Additionally, the manager will implement commercial action models and analyze satisfaction surveys to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least three years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in sales or customer service. Basic English proficiency and knowledge of the four lines of insurance business are also required.
