You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for tech consulting hires in Spanish-speaking South America, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This includes sourcing, screening, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in structured candidate sourcing and recruiting, ideally in the technology or consulting space. High fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with experience in recruiting candidates with digital or IT backgrounds.
