The Area Manager is responsible for executing plans to meet operational business needs, ensuring assigned managers and agents achieve established KPIs and contribute to branch profitability. This role also involves supervising branch managers and agents to ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, legislation, and safety practices.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience working under objectives, basic experience in recruitment and training, experience in direct sales and collections, and experience in people management, particularly in managerial roles. The position requires executing operational plans and ensuring compliance across the assigned area.
