Core Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT support and technical assistance, including incident resolution and diagnostics. Act as the single point of contact between users and IT service management, handling incidents and service requests.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in IT end-user support and preferably hold an ITIL Foundation certification. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, operating systems, and networking concepts is also required.
