As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot, and solve customers’ technical issues while ensuring they are informed about the status of their issues. You will collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer problems and assist in developing readiness content.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with proficiency in troubleshooting Windows Server or Microsoft Azure environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on weekends with mixed schedules are also required.
