The Bodyshop Advisor conducts consultations on vehicle services, prepares estimates, and ensures accurate billing in accordance with dealership standards. They also maintain communication with technicians and manage customer inquiries regarding service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 O-level subjects, including Mathematics and English, along with tertiary level certification. A valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience in a dealership and customer service are also required.
