Core Responsibilities

As a Student Advocate, you will help students via chat, email, and social media, responding quickly to resolve issues. You will convert trials and leads into paid students and recommend plans or upgrades to increase adoption and long-term value.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional experience, including 6+ months in a customer-facing role. A B1+ English level and strong Spanish grammar are required, along with familiarity with help desk software and basic CRM usage.
