Core Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will manage guest communication across multiple platforms and support guests before, during, and after their stay. You will also create and track operational tickets and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

The role requires prior experience in vacation rentals or short-term rental hospitality and hands-on experience with OTA platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, along with excellent organization and attention to detail.
